You must be customer service focused individual because the primary responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction through direct contact with our customers. You will be expected to build solid relationships at all levels within customer organizations which can be leveraged for references along with new and repeat business opportunities. The perfect candidate will have a demonstrated history of effectively supporting customer and prospect issues to help drive business. He/she will be able to conduct business in a professional manner with our partners, customers, and prospects. The perfect candidate will be a self-starter and independent worker as well as a team player. The perfect candidate will be positive, proactive, energetic and enthusiastic.
- Reaching out to new customers and setting up training calls
- Reaching out to current customers multiple times a year to ensure applications are used
- Logging application usage and customer interaction within Salesforce
- Monitor customer satisfaction Introduce new product offerings
- Creating new opportunities with current customers
- Minor troubleshooting regarding our applications
- Drive toward attainment of customer renewal, retention and churn goals
